These terms govern your use of Atomus ("the service"). By signing in or using the APIs, you agree to them.

The service

Atomus provides APIs for data enrichment, scraping, and related use cases. Access is invite-only. You call the APIs with API keys you generate in the portal and pay for usage in credits.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect a key was leaked.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, violate third-party rights, harass people, or circumvent another site's terms. Do not resell or redistribute API output without written permission.

Credits and billing

Credits are consumed by API calls. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by law. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided "as is".

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
