This policy describes how Atomus ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the portal at app.atomusapi.dev and the APIs at api.atomusapi.dev.

Information we collect

When you sign in we receive your email address, name, and (if you use Google sign-in) your Google profile picture. When you use the API we log the request path, status code, credit usage, and request metadata. We do not collect information that we do not need to operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, meter API usage, bill for credits, investigate errors, and communicate about your account. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Third-party services

We use Supabase (authentication and database) and Stripe (billing). These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We use Google OAuth when you choose Sign in with Google.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. API request logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and analytics, then deleted or aggregated.
